Rhys Tait was confirmed as part of the Glasgow Warriors academy intake ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Tait made his Scotland U20 debut in the opening round of the 2021 Six Nations in Cardiff.

The Hawick man started his rugby career at JedForest Minis aged 5 years old.

He attended Sedbergh School and has represented Scotland at U16 and U18 age-grade level

Outside of rugby he enjoys swimming and boxing.
