Also included in the squad is Kenny Sinclair who left Glasgow this summer to join Hawks.
Scotland have been drawn in Pool D for the Majorca Sevens alongside the same opponents from the Georgia Sevens tournament last month. The Scots go into the competition seeded fifth following their tournament win in the Russian Sevens in Moscow and will be up against Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Scotland Sevens manager Peter Gallagher said: "We couldn't have hoped for a better draw as we're really keen to get out there and prove ourselves following our disappointing display against the same opponents in the Georgian tournament. We had some good results in Moscow, winning the tournament, and we want to carry on building on that success."
