Sean Lineen thinks Dan Parks can make up for his poor kicking display last week
Sean Lineen believes Dan Parks can bounce back from his poor showing against the Ospreys last week when Glasgow take on Munster at Hughenden tonight (ko 7.30pm).

Dan was in poor form with the boot last week but Sean thinks the stand-off will come out with all guns blazing as he squares up to Lions star Ronan O'Gara.

In today's Daily Record Sean says: "Dan was simply not himself last week at St Helen's and there is no doubt his performance was reflected in the result.

"Every player has an off-day and he can now put it all behind him and return to normal service.

"Dan has been fantastic for us and this is his chance to show everyone how he can have an influence on a game involving so many big-stage guys."

Forwards coach Shade Munro, backed up Sean: "Over the past few years we have responded positively to being up against the more powerful teams in the league - like Munster.

"Not only do they have a whole host of Ireland Test players, they also have a few who will be desperate to put up their hands for the Lions selectors.

"Glasgow's biggest problems have been getting themselves up for the matches against the so-called lesser teams such as Connacht.

"But when a team like Munster come to Hughenden there will be no shortage of motivation."

Hello, I agree with Sean about Parksey. I've seen him in Australia win many games with the skills he has. He has many natural abilities, which have been restricted due to the requirements of coaches. Given a free reign to try a few of his tricks Parkes invariably came out a match winner. He broke the Sydney club rugby point scoring record, and was touted as a replacement for Andrew Johns in the Newcastle rugby league team in Australia. For that to happen he must have been doing something right.
