Sean told The Herald: "Winning on the road in the Magners League is so hard at the best of times. But to do it against a side like Ulster on their home turf and score four tries is a remarkable achievement. And let's not forget that this is a very young and comparatively inexperienced squad. So the signs are very good for the future - next season and beyond, both in the league and in the Heineken Cup."
Sean puts Glasgow's recent upturn in away form down to a change of mentality. "It is an attitude thing. The boys have taken a long hard look at themselves and I've had a look at myself," he told The Scotsman.
"We need to start making sure that we get a lot of respect. We are learning all the time. but it's about consistency and depth in the squad. The quality is getting better but it's the consistency that is important and we need to make sure we win these close games all the time."
