The elimination of Stade Francais and Perpignan in the semi-finals of the French Top 14 last weekend has strengthened Argentina for Saturday's Test.
Pumas coach Santiago Phelan has called up Rodrigo Roncero, Federico Aramburu, Pedro Ledesma and star fly-half/full-back Juan Martin Hernandez in the squad to take on the Azzurri.
Phelan has also included two players who participated in the Italian Super 10 league in season 2007-08: Overmach Cariparma hooker Alvaro Tejeda and Benetton Treviso wing Lucas Borges.
