New deal for Al?

Alastair Kellock looks set to sign a new deal with the Warriors
Glasgow Warriors skipper Al Kellock is understood to be set to sign on a new two-year deal.

There had been speculation linking the Glasgow skipper with a move to France with Biarritz and Perpignan credited with interest.

But the Evening Times claims Al will pen a new contract keeing him at Firhill.

The move would be another boost for the Warriors with John Barclay, Moray Low, Jon Welsh, Ruaridh Jackson and Richie Gray already signing new deals.

That now leaves just Johnnie Beattie as the one senior figure to agree a new deal.
