Alastair Kellock continues his comeback at Bridgehaugh
Alastair Kellock will continue his comeback from injury in Stirling tomorrow evening, as he leads a Glasgow Warriors 'A' side in an inter-city fixture with Edinburgh Rugby.

The game, at Stirling County's Bridgehaugh Park (ko 5.00pm, free entry), is an opportunity for a number of players to get game time and for some of Glasgow’s Elite Development Players (EDPs), those identified through the BT Premiership draft clubs and players returning from injury the chance to impress.

Sean Maitland and Finn Russell will make their first appearances of the season at full-back and fly-half respectively.

Club captain Al, along with Tom Ryder continue their comebacks from injury in the second-row, while there is also an opportunity for a number of promising young players such as Will Bordill and Fergus Scott, to benefit from playing with experienced professionals.

Glasgow Warriors ‘A’ head coach, Kenny Murray said: “This is a excellent opportunity for a number of players to get valuable game time, at a high level against our nearest rivals.

“It’s great that the likes of Al Kellock, Tom Ryder, Finn Russell and Sean Maitland will be pulling on a Glasgow shirt for the first time this season.

“We’re also delighted that a number of players, both from our EDP system and from the club game, will get an opportunity to show what they can do at this level.”
