Glasgow sit top of the table and are in good form, having picked up a try bonus point in each of their last three matches.
But Tommy says the Warriors must maintain their focus in the remaining regular-season games against Connacht, Ospreys and Ulster.
Reflecting on the season, Tommy told glasgowwarriors.org: "It's gone well.
"The boys have had some good results throughout the year that have led us to be where we are. Top of the table right now, there's no better place to be.
"We've got three massive games coming up so we've got to make sure we focus on each of those individually and carry on the level of consistency that's got us to this point this far.
"We need to carry that on and hopefully if we do that we'll be in a good place."
