Stuart Hogg went over for a fine individual try
After last night's game Stuart Hogg and Finn Russell highlighted the role the Scotstoun crowd played in securing the win that gives the Warriors a home PRO12 play-off against Ulster.

Stuart's fine individual score sparked Glasgow's surge to the bonus point win and after the match he told glasgowwarriors.org: “It is a brilliant result and the boys are absolutely buzzing.

“We made it hard for ourselves with a bit of a dodgy first half but the last 20 minutes are what we are all about.

“My try was a bit of luck as there was space in front of me and I got a lucky bounce. It was exactly what we were after though at that time.

“I was worried at half-time but I know the character the boys have and we managed to pull through, getting the four tries required.

"The fans were epic as they got right behind us and massive thanks goes to them. Hopefully next week is the exact same.”

Finn helped himself to 22 points, including two tries, and the man-of-the-match award and he told the Daily Record: “The supporters were fantastic – they definitely made a big difference when we needed to up our performance.

“We wanted to do it for them and we hope they will create the same atmosphere next weekend.

"We were four points down at the interval and knew we had to be patient with the strong wind at our backs. It was all about playing cleverly and thankfully we got some momentum and made the most of it.

“It was a great win – but we know Ulster will be doubly determined to get back at us next week.”
