Simone Favaro starts for Italy

Simone Favaro will start his first RWC match
Glasgow's Simone Favaro will start at openside for Italy in Sunday's RWC Pool D match against Ireland at the Olympic Stadium.

It will be Simone's first ever RWC start, after playing 19 minutes off the bench in the opening-match 32-10 defeat by France.

Sergio Parisse has recovered from injury and also starts.
