Scott Cummings returns to action after injury
Glasgow Warriors have received a boost with the news that Richie Vernon, Scott Cummings and Matt Smith will all return from injury this weekend.

The trio will play in the BT Premiership, along with Ratu Tagive, Corey Flynn and Hagen Schulte.

Richie Vernon, who underwent shoulder surgery in November, will start at centre for Currie in their game against Hawick at Malleny Park. He'll be joined in the Currie backline by winger Ratu Tagive.

Second-row Scott Cummings injured his shoulder in the pre-season game against Gloucester in August and following surgery has been named in the Glasgow Hawks starting XV for their match with Boroughmuir at Old Anniesland.

Backrower Matt Smith, who recently signed a professional contract with the Warriors, has also been named in the Glasgow Hawks starting line-up, along with stand-off Hagen Schulte.

Meanwhile, hooker Corey Flynn will play for Stirling County against Ayr at Bridgehaugh.
