Adam Hastings sustained an extensive laceration to his right thigh in the second half of yesterday's victory over Connacht.
He was taken to hospital immediately, seen, reviewed and discharged last night.
Glasgow Warriors would like to thank Connacht's medical team for their assistance and all of the staff involved at Galway University Hospital.
At present there is no return to play date, Hastings will be reviewed by the Glasgow Warriors medical staff over the next couple of days to determine how long he will be unavailable.
Sam Johnson is progressing well following a head knock and will be reviewed at the beginning of the week before starting the return to play protocols.
