Glasgow Warriors will kick-off the new PRO14 campaign against Connacht in Galway.

It was confirmed today that Dave Rennie's squad will travel to the Sportsground on the opening weekend of the new campaign for the third year in a row. The game will be televised live on Premier Sports 1.

The following Friday Glasgow host Munster at Scotstoun in what should be a thrilling encounter. The Warriors finished above Johann van Graan's side in Conference A last season and the two teams will meet twice before the end of October, with Glasgow travelling to Limerick on Saturday 27 October.

In mid-September the Warriors travel to South Africa for a double-header with the Cheetahs and Southern Kings, before two home games against the Dragons and Zebre ahead of the start of their European campaign.

On the eve of Scotland's game against Wales at the Principality Stadium, Glasgow will travel to face the Ospreys. The two teams will meet at the Liberty Stadium on Friday 2 November.

The Welsh theme then continues with two home matches against Cardiff Blues and the Scarlets, before Rounds 3 and 4 of the Heineken Champions Cup in December.

The double-header against Edinburgh remains over Christmas and New Year, with Richard Cockerill's side visiting Scotstoun on Saturday 29 December.

Glasgow travel to Italy early in 2019 to face Benetton Rugby, before Rounds 5 and 6 of the Heineken Champions Cup.

Ospreys visit Scotstoun at the end of January and in February the Warriors travel to face Cardiff Blues, before hosting Connacht.

The final fixture which has been confirmed is a trip to face Zebre on Saturday 2 March.

The dates and kick-off times for home games against the Cheetahs, Ulster and Edinburgh, along with a game against defending champions Leinster in Dublin have still to be confirmed.

All games will be shown live on Premier Sports or Free Sports this season as part of a new three-year television deal.
