Alex Samual impressed again for Ayrshire Bulls
A number of Warriors were in action for their Super6 sides over the weekend.

Front-row duo Grant Stewart and Tom Lambert started for Ayrshire Bulls while Tom Jordan was at centre for Peter Horne's men in the 17-14 win over Heriot's at Millbrae.

Glasgow's Academy contingent were well represented with Alex Samuel and Rory Jackson in the starting pack, with Christian Townsend at stand-off and Finlay Callaghan in the centre.

Second row man Samuel picked up his second Player of the Match award in just three matches.

Stirling County earned a 24-10 bonus-point win over last season' beaten finalists Southern Knights at the Greenyards.

Tongan international Walter Fifita started for County alongside Scotland U20 duo Euan Cunningham and Ross McKnight.

Angus Fraser and Michael Gray both made an appearance from the bench with Fifita being forced off with an arm injury.

Boroughmuir Bears went down 15-0 to Watsonians at Meggetland. Euan Ferrie, Hamish Bain and Scotland U20 skipper Rhys Tait started in the pack with Robbie McCallum and Duncan Munn at centre.
