Hamish Mitchell is a prop who joined Glasgow Warriors in the summer of 2009 on a short term deal, returning to New Zealand at the start of 2010.

He played 41 Air New Zealand Cup games for Taranaki in New Zealand where he played club rugby with New Plymouth Old Boys.

Hamish has also played for Saracens and Launceston - the Cornish All Blacks.

Although a Kiwi by birth, Hamish qualifies for Scotland due to his father John, who was born in Peterhead.
