He said: "Our problems this season have been psychological rather than physical. We played outstandingly well down in Wales a fortnight ago then let it slip badly.
"We have a lot of new guys in the squad but the senior and experienced guys are not putting in the performances.
"Munster are, on paper, a much stronger side than Connacht and we know that if we don't turn up it will be a 60-points job."
