Cammy Mather thinks Scotland can challenge the best in the world again
Glasgow's Cammy Mather thinks new coach, Matt Williams, can help Scotland challenge the best in the world once again.

In this month's Rugby World, Cammy taks about the challenge of working with the former Leinster coach.

"He's very organised and articulate and his man-management skills are first-class. An example is that he phones those players who haven't made the squad to tell them why they're not in and what they need to work on to get back in. That sort of courtesy is appreciated by the players," says Cammy.

He adds: "Scotland's transformation is not going to happen overnight. It's going to take time because Matt is working on a four year plan, but we hope to provide our supporters with some better rugby within the next few months and then in a year or two we will be in a position to challenge the best in the world."
