Extra capacity for Ulster match

Glasgow Warriors and Glasgow Life have increased capacity at Scotstoun Stadium for the Heineken Cup clash with Ulster on Friday 19 October (ko 8.00pm).

Located within the running track at the east end of the stadium (nearest the Warriors Clubhouse) the East Terrace will be a temporary, covered terrace with a capacity of just over 1,500, bringing the overall capacity of Scotstoun to approximately 6,200 for this match.

Some 4,200 tickets sold - the biggest ever pre-sale for a game outside the Edinburgh derby. That means there are only 2,000 tickets left for this Heineken Cup match against the 2011/12 finalists.

Tickets are on sale online, and by calling the ticket hotline, 0844 800 3490 (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm). Supporters are strongly advised not to delay their purchase to avoid the risk of disappointment.

In addition to reserved seating in the Main and North stands, and a standing area at the west end of the stadium, fans now have the option of purchasing a ticket for the East Terrace.

All standing Season Ticket Members will be accommodated in the East Terrace, as will supporters who have already purchased match-specific standing tickets for the game.

The East Terrace is positioned right next to our food and drink outlets, serving a full range of hot food, draught beer, wine and soft drinks. The Warriors Clubhouse, open pre-match from turnstile opening and post-match until at least 11pm, is also in this area.

As usual, supporters with tickets for any area of the stadium are free to visit the Kids Zone at the west end pre-match, as well as the food and drink outlets during the match.

To allow the Warriors to control capacity, only supporters with tickets for the East Terrace will be permitted entry to this structure. Only supporters with tickets for the west standing area will be permitted entry to that area.
