Hodgson left Newcastle Falcons at the end of last season after enjoying two spells with the Kingston Park club. He's also played for Northampton and Yorkshire Carnegie.

The Newcastle-born stand-off has represented England at U19 level.

Sordoni has played Super Rugby with Los Jaguares and Melbourne Rebels. He was signed to play for Mont de Marsan in France earlier this year but injury prevented him playing in the Pro D2.

He's also played club rugby with Atletico del Rosario back home in Argentina and Southern Districts in Australia.

He's represented Argentina at age-group and full international level.
