The 28-17 bonus-point win put Franco Smith's side up to second in the URC table and was a fine reaction to last week's narrow defeat to Sharks.
Jordan was a second-half replacement for Adam Hastings and helped Warriors to the impressive win over Stormers and a haul of seven points to take back to Scotstoun as attention turn to international rugby for the next few weeks.
"That first half effort from the boys really set up our second half," Jordan told glasgowwarriors.org.
"A huge credit to everyone involved in the game, it was unreal.
"We're really happy to get that bonus point and looking forward to getting back to Glasgow."
New Zealand-born fly-half Jordan has been selected in Scotland's squad for the upcoming autumn internationals ahead of qualifying on residency next month.
