Bhatti, who has made 131 appearances in two spells for Glasgow, is out of contract at the end of the season and RugbyPass reports Bath want to bring the Scotland international back to The Rec.
Bhatti made 11 appearances for Bath in a short stint at the club during the 2020/21 Covid-hit season when he was signed as injury cover from Edinburgh.
