Halkon missed the opening three rounds through injury - the second row man played every minute of the 2025 U20 Six Nations.
Ollie McKenna, Rory Purvis and Joe Roberts join Halkon in tbe starting XV with Jackson Rennie on the bench. Roberts will skipper the Scots once again.
