Steyn was forced off after suffering a deep cut to his thigh while trying to prevent Antoine Dupont from scoring during the thrilling 50-40 victory over France at Murrayfield. Jones was also substituted, though that decision was made as a precaution.
However, Radford indicated that the Glasgow Warriors pair should recover in time for the match in Dublin.
Radford said: "Huw will be good, he's trained this week. He just needed a bit of TLC on the Achilles.
"Steyno will be good - it was an unbelievable effort when he picked the injury up. The effort chasing back was phenomenal. He's been big for us, and he's going to be big for us on Saturday as well."
Radford also confirmed that Scotland will be without locks Gregor Brown and Scott Cummings, who are sidelined with hamstring and calf injuries.
