The former Scotland U20 wing - who impressed during his outings for the club in pre-season - is set to start in a lineup featuring eight changes from last weekend's win over Leinster, as Franco Smith's side aim to build on their strong momentum at the top of the BKT United Rugby Championship table.
Johnny Matthews makes his return from injury, featuring for the first time since December's 1872 Cup triumph over Edinburgh at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. He lines up in the front row alongside Patrick Schickerling and Fin Richardson for tomorrow's clash.
There's a completely new second-row combination, with Jare Oguntibeju partnering Max Williamson in the engine room, the latter earning his first start since coming back from Scotland camp.
The back row remains unchanged, with Macenzzie Duncan - who scored his first try at Scotstoun in the previous match - continuing alongside Euan Ferrie and Sione Vailanu in the loose forwards.
Ben Afshar has recovered from a shoulder injury picked up while training with Scotland and returns at scrum-half, linking up with Adam Hastings for the visit of the Treviso side.
In midfield, Sione Tuipulotu takes on the captaincy as he comes in for Stafford McDowall at inside centre. Huw Jones also returns, making his first appearance since the Guinness Six Nations in the number 13 jersey.
Ollie Smith teams up with debutant Watson on the wings, while Josh McKay keeps his spot at full-back to complete the starting XV.
On the bench, a 6-2 split between forwards and backs sees Jack Oliver and Dan Lancaster covering the backline, with Lancaster shifting to a replacement role after starting at fly-half last time out.
Jamie Bhatti is included in the matchday 23, joining Seb Stephen and Sam Talakai as front-row options, while Angus Fraser keeps the number 21 jersey to provide back-row cover.
Alex Samuel and Alex Craig round out the replacements, with Samuel coming off a Player of the Match performance against Leinster last Saturday.
Speaking after naming his side, Head Coach Smith told glasgowwarriors.org:
"Fergus has worked hard with our medical and S&C teams to put himself in the best position possible ahead of his debut, and we are excited to see him run out in the Glasgow jersey tomorrow night.
"We know that Benetton will provide a stern test tomorrow night - they are in the thick of the race for the playoffs and will compete for every opportunity.
"They will bring a squad full of international-calibre talent, and we must be at our best to meet their challenge."
