The Scotland international is confident the Warriors have what it takes to lift the title for a second time in three years after finishing top of the regular-season table.
McBeth was among the try-scorers as Glasgow secured top spot with victory over Ulster last weekend - their first bonus-point win in Belfast for 18 years. It also marked the first time a Scottish side has topped the table in the history of the URC, a milestone McBeth said the squad are determined to savour.
"Everyone is just so happy and what a blessed season we had," McBth told Scotland Rugby News.
"We're just very, very happy to be on top."
McBeth had a busy night in Belfast, scoring his second try of the campaign but also spending 10 minutes in the sin-bin for a high tackle.
Shortly after his return, Glasgow then lost Josh McKay for a similar offence, but the Warriors held firm under sustained Ulster pressure to see out the win.
While frustrated by his own error, McBeth believes the experience could prove valuable heading into the business end of the season, which begins with Connacht's visit to Scotstoun next Friday.
"The big messaging was actually from Sione [Tuipulotu], actually," he said.
"He just said listen, this is how it's going to be in the next games we're going to face, hopefully three.
"This is like almost Test match rugby. Our backs are against the wall, but we just have to keep on fighting and make a special effort."
Competition for places will be fierce in the coming weeks, with Patrick Schickerling among Glasgow's standout performers this season, while fellow internationals Rory Sutherland and Jamie Bhatti also provide strong competition in the front row.
McBeth's try-scoring display in Belfast was his first Warriors start since the win over Edinburgh on December 20, and his first start of any kind since the Six Nations. Despite an eventful outing, the 27-year-old was delighted to be back in the starting line-up.
"It was great to be back on the park and just giving my all for the team," he said.
"I think Franco has his plans and Franco is such a great coach, so I think whatever decision he makes, who he picks, doesn't really matter because everyone puts the team first."
Still, the eight-times capped Scotland international hopes he has done enough to play a part in the run-in. He featured off the bench in the 2024 quarter-final against the Stormers, missed the semi-final win over Munster, but returned for the grand final victory over the Bulls.
"It's probably one of the best competitions at club level at the moment, as you can see by the log.
"It's the most competitive table in the URC history probably. And I think to get another medal will mean the world to this team."
And when asked if the Warriors could go all the way and get their hands on the trophy again, the South African-born prop left no room for doubt.
"Of course - definitely," he replied.
