Lock Dan Halkon retains his place following the opening-round victory over Italy, and Alex Bryden is promoted from the replacements bench to start at inside centre.
A further Glasgow Warriors representative is included among the replacements, with tighthead prop Jackson Rennie providing front-row cover from the bench.
