Glasgow Warriors trio Kyle Steyn, Rory Darge and Alex Samuel have all been ruled out. Steyn is sidelined with a foot injury, Samuel requires knee surgery after withdrawing before last weekend's defeat to South Africa, while Darge is unavailable after failing an HIA during the Springboks match.
Head coach Gregor Townsend, who had already lost tighthead Elliot Millar Mills from his original 36-man squad, has opted not to call up any replacements ahead of the Murrayfield encounter.
