Yule started playing rugby at GHK RFC aged 8, then moved to west of Scotland at 10 before moving on to Glasgow Hawks in 2022. He was in the Glasgow Warriors U18 squad.
Yule was a stand out performer for Ayrshire Bulls in the Super Series Sprint.
Yule set a new appearances record for Scotland U20 in the 2025 World Rugby U20 Championship, earning his 25th cap for the age-grade side in their final match of the competition against Georgia.
He made his senior professional debut in the opening match of the 2025/26 season, starting at inside centre in the club's victory over the Hollywoodbets Sharks at Scotstoun.
