Bourgoin too strong for Glasgow

Glasgow's hopes of qualifying for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals are hanging by a thread following a disappointing defeat in France.

Tries from Simpson, Ross and Howarth weren't enough to overcome the power and pace of Bourgoin at Stade Pierre Rajon. The result means Glasgow must now rely on help from other sides if they are to progress in the competition and victory in their three remaining games is vital.

Glasgow get a quick chance of revenge next Friday as they face Bourgoin at Hughenden (ko 7.30pm).
