Jon Petrie could be a doubt for the French game
Scotland continued their World Cup campaign with a 39-15 victory over the USA. Captain Gordon Bulloch, wasn't happy with the number of penalties Scotland conceded.

"We kept getting offside and we can't do that against top teams. We've got to clean up our act."

Glasgow's Jon Petrie suffered a knock to his shoulder in the second-half that will inevitably raise questions about his participation against the French.

Scotland doctor James Robson said: "Jon came off with what appears to be bruising to his shoulder. He has been assessed by an orthopaedic surgeon and will have a scan on his shoulder to aid further assessment before our departure for Sydney tomorrow."
