Gordon Bulloch is enjoying Scotland's new training regime
Scotland's new vice-captain, Gordon Bulloch, thinks that Matt Williams' coaching set-up will help to bring fresh ideas to the national team.

In his BBC column, teh Glasgow hooker looks ahead to the Six Nations campaign and the changes on and off the pitch.

"Training under the new coach has been excellent and everyone is very positive about the future under Matt Williams. It's a very different set-up from the previous one, with Matt bringing a far more modern approach to coaching.

"That's not a slight against the people who were involved before, but I think Scottish rugby needed someone to come in to freshen things up.

"There's more structure and thought going into what we do in specific parts of the field."
