Hawks are the first side in 30 years of league competition to bring the title to Glasgow.
Hawks coach Peter Wright said: "They have created history and, no matter how often it is done in the future, they will always have been the first. That can never be taken away from them."
With the league title sewn up Hawks now have their eye on the league and cup double.
