"There's no problem in motivating the team," the Scotland skipper told today's Evening News of side who have lost their last seven games in the tournament, adding: "in fact, what I have to do is ensure they keep things back (for the match) because everybody is really eager to get out of the dressing room on to the pitch.
"It is important not to panic and understand that while our systems are in place we can still have a go.
"Anxiety has perhaps been one of the players' biggest enemies in recent games and we have to learn to relax a little more and just enjoy our rugby. That's easier when you're in front and the players must have more self-belief rather than worrying about making mistakes."
