Eddie's pace impressed our Ayr correspondent
Eddie McLaughlin's performance for Ayr this weekend has impressed onlookers, who expect him to be back in the Glasgow squad very soon.

The Warriors' winger, who was playing for his club side this weekend, demonstrated superb pace to help his side to a comfortable 38-10 win over Boroughmuir.

After Glasgow's narrow defeat in Dublin, they will no doubt be interested to learn of Eddie's impressive performance. It demonstrates that the New Zealand-born winger is settling in to Scottish life, and is ready to stake his claim to a place in the Glasgow team.
