The Times reports that Rory was having medical tests yesterday to establish the extent of the injury.
Rory was in fine form as Glasgow blew apart Munster's formidable home record.
Glasgow coach Hugh Campbell was delighted with his team's 26-20 victory, saying: "The guys were disappointed in the way we had played in our previous game and took out their frustrations. We know we are a better team than we had played that time and there was definitely a backlash.
"Also, I think we know how to play Munster. We have sussed them out, we know their style and what we have to do to counter them. We lost a score just before half-time to go behind for one of the few times in the match and for me the turning point was immediately after the break when we came out with a really committed attitude and a really gutsy performance."
The harsh sin-binning of Mike Roberts for the last 10 minutes of the match put pressure on the Glasgow defence, but they held firm to record a well-deserved victory.
"To come out of that, still defend well and hold them out was a magnificent effort. The really encouraging thing is that, despite all the injuries, we have put in a lot of good performances and have been competitive in nearly all the games."
Craig Hamilton and Scott Lawson enhanced their claims to places in Scotland's Calcutta Cup squad while Euan Murray showed he is the strongest scrummager available to the national side. He was also prominant in the loose with one barnstorming run through the middle and some bonejarring tackles.
