Glasgow team to face Wasps

Peter Murchie starts for Glasgow
Glasgow head coach, Sean Lineen, is looking forward to the Warriors’ final pre-season fixture against London Wasps tomorrow night (ko 7.30pm).

Wasps are ideal opposition in terms of the physicality they’ll bring to the game,” he said, “especially with a massive game against Munster next Friday night.

Wasps have made some huge signings over the summer and are a very passionate and very physical side.”

Although the Warriors are entering their final preparation game of the year, Sean still feels he has time to experiment with his squad.

“It’s still pre-season so we’re still trying a few things but we’re all looking forward to another good hit-out.

“There’s still huge competition for places so we’ll give a few players a run and hopefully the supporters will like what we’re trying to do ahead of the new Magners League campaign.”

Tickets for the Wasps friendly are priced at £15 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5 for under 18s. Season ticket holders can attend this match, and bring along a friend, free of charge.
