Jones, who is also a vice-captain, will line up alongside club-mate Stafford McDowall in the centre.
Kyle Rowe and George Horne will also start for Scotland with Jamie Dobie, Adam Hastings and Kyle Steyn listed on the bench to complete the backs. Both Kyle Rowe and Kyle Steyn scored tries against Chile in last weekend's match, with the former getting his first ever try for Scotland.
Five of the starting forwards are Warriors - Max Williamson will earn his fourth cap with his second start. Rory Darge is once again named skipper for this weekend. Rory Sutherland, Scott Cummings and Matt Fagerson will all start in the forward pack.
Murphy Walker and Gregor Brown are on the bench ready to take to the field as replacements for the forwards.
This is the final game of the Sky Scanner Americas Tour and Scotland aim to make it four wins from four following success over Canada, the USA and Chile.
