The 21-year-old - a product of Loch Lomond RFC - initially joined the club's academy in January 2022, having caught the eye while representing Boroughmuir Bears in the FOSROC Super Series.
Having graduated to a partnership contract ahead of the 2023/24 season, Munn made his professional debut by coming off the bench in a 17-13 victory over Cardiff at Scotstoun in March 2024.
He has made three appearances to date in 2024/25, starting three matches in succession at inside centre and helping the club to back-to-back victories over Connacht and the Dragons.
Comfortable in both the 12 and 13 jerseys, Munn has also represented West Of Scotland and Kelvinside Academy in his career to date, as well as co-captaining Scotland U20 during the 2023 U20 Six Nations.
"I'm absolutely over the moon to sign my first professional contract with my boyhood club," Munn told glasgowwarriors.org.
"It's a dream come true and I'm really grateful to the coaches and the club for this opportunity.
"Getting a run of games and some good minutes this season has been amazing, and I've loved the chances I've had to pull on the jersey. Running out in front of the fans at Scotstoun has been brilliant and I've loved every minute.
"Having such a good group of centres here to learn from is class, too. Being able to train with and against guys like Sione [Tuipulotu], Huw [Jones], Stafford [McDowall] and TJ [Tom Jordan] every day is unreal, and they're good blokes too that are always happy to talk to you and help you develop.
"I just want to get myself in the best physical shape that I can and put my hand up to be involved - I want to keep pushing to get better and to get as many minutes as I can in a Glasgow jersey."
Head Coach Franco Smith added: "Duncan is a model example of a young professional, who is keen to learn from those around him and develop into the best possible version of himself.
"He comes to Scotstoun willing to work hard and develop, and he is fully committed to representing his boyhood club.
"He has a great amount of potential and we look forward to continuing to work with him over the coming seasons."
