After going into the break 21-0 down, Warriors turned the tables on six-time European champions Toulouse to win 28-21, going over for four second-half tries and climbing to the top of Champions Cup Pool 1 with back-to-back bonus-point victories.
Glasgow were battling a howling wind and driving rain, and Toulouse did what Toulouse do. Antoine Dupont - back for his first start in nine months after knee surgery - pulled the strings early, while Kalvin Gourgues crossed twice as the visitors looked every inch the European royalty. It could have been worse too, if not for Jamie Dobie's last-ditch, try-saving tackle on Ange Capuozzo right on the stroke of half-time. That moment mattered.
With the wind at their backs, Glasgow came out after the break like a different team. Josh McKay struck first and suddenly the place believed. Replacement Gregor Brown crashed over. Then Tuipulotu himself bulldozed his way across as Scotstoun went into full meltdown. Fourteen minutes. Three tries. Game on.
And when Gregor Hiddleston finished off a Warriors lineout drive with 11 minutes left, the comeback was complete.
Speaking afterwards, Tuipulotu made it clear there was no panic in the sheds at half-time. This group has been here before.
"We've been behind plenty of times," he said. "Every time Franco [Smith] speaks and you look around that changing room, there's no doubt anyone believes we can come back."
Training day in, day out at Scotstoun also paid off. "We're used to these conditions," Tuipulotu added. "Once we scored early in the second half, you could feel something brewing."
He didn't try to undersell it either. Beating Toulouse, in those circumstances, matters.
"With the respect I have for that Toulouse team and everything they've achieved, this is one of the great home victories for us," he said. "And the crazy thing is, we've still got more to come."
Glasgow know how brutal this competition can be - last season's 52-0 quarter-final mauling by Leinster in Dublin is still fresh in the memory. But after backing up a gritty comeback win at Sale last week with this latest statement, Warriors are starting to look like a side nobody will fancy playing.
Next up is a trip to Clermont in January, followed by Saracens at home. If Scotstoun is anything like it was on Saturday night, make sure you get a ticket.
