Scotland U20s secured a place in Sunday's Junior World Championship fifth-place semi-finals with an entertaining 43-32 win over Japan in Kutaisi.

Scotland's tries came from Matthew Fick, Daniel Kelly, Ollie Blyth-Lafferty, Joe Roberts, Jamie McAughtrie, Alex Bryden and Jake Dalziel, who also kicked four conversions. The Scots will now wait for other results to confirm their next opponent.
