Glasgow and Edinburgh fought out a 10-10 draw in the Boxing Day clash at Hughenden.

Tries from Roland Reid and Joe Naufahu on his Warriors debut gave Glasgow a lead they held until the closing moments when Edinburgh were awarded a controversial penalty which Brendan Laney converted to level the scores.
Gordon Simpson was penalised for a high tackle on Laney but it did seem that the Edinburgh stand off had ducked into the tackle. Referee John Hogg awarded a penalty - one of a number of debatable decisions from the Hawick official.
