In a surprise move Glenn Metcalfe takes over the inside centre berth vacated by Hayes with Roland Reid returning to the wing after being sidelines for much of the season through injury.
Andy Kelly also flew in from Glasgow to provide cover for Cameron Blades who picked up a calf strain.
