Rory Kerr named in Hawick team to face Melrose

Rory Kerr may be finding it difficult to convince the coaches at Glasgow Warriors that he deserves a chance to play but he seems to be having no such problems at Hawick.

Rory is included in the Hawick team to face Melrose at The Greenyards this weekend. The game is the only Integrated Tournament fixture on Saturday as it's quarter final weekend in the BT Cup.

Scotland coach Jim Telfer has hinted that Jason White will start in the Six Nations game against Wales next week. Telfer says that Scotland need players who can burst through and make inroads into the opposition. "Jason did that when he came on on Sunday, two or three times he went through spaces, and that’s why he’s in. He gives us more bulk, more devil, more aggression." said Telfer.
