Cambuslang Rugby Club celebrated 100 years not out last Saturday. The Coats Parks club commemorated their centenary with a day of celebrations involving young and old members of the club.

The big day started with the minis taking on Dalziel and was followed by matches involving all the age group teams including a clash between the Cambuslang U19 squad and the Glasgow U19 team.

The highlight of the day involved a match between a Cambuslang XV and an invitational XV. Former Cambuslang and Glasgow scrum-half, Fraser Stott turned out for his former team while former Glasgow and Scotland flanker Murray Wallace played for the invitational team.

Fraser now coaches at East Kilbride and is also South Lanarkshire Council's rugby development officer.

Players from Glasgow Warriors were on hand to help out on the day including Nathan Ross (pictured right).
