Wales centre Mark Taylor is not named, but may figure on the bench.
"We need to build on Sunday's performance, especially the intensity and appetite shown by the forwards in carrying the ball forward," said Scarlets director of rugby Gareth Jenkins.
"We want to bring a more physical approach to our game and in order to do that we need to travel with the confidence from Sunday's win and put in another stubborn performance."
The Scarlets and Glasgow will meet three times in the next four weeks, with two Heineken Cup clashes to come in December.
