Jennifer wants to help out aspiring cheerleaders
The Glasgow cheerleaders are well-known for their energetic dance routines at Hughenden, and now the squad captain, Jennifer, wants to help introduce beginners to the sport.

The squad will run for children ages 5-18, to help them build confidence, meet new people and have fun while learning some great skills.

It will start on 1st March in community central hall Maryhill and run from 6-7pm. The squad will be known as Clyde Aces. If anyone has any queries they are to contact Jennifer at clydeaces@hotmail.co.uk

Well, if the Blessed St Jennifer can train the Alleycats, then *anyone* can be taught. Go ahead, give it a go!

To be fair, a lot of that was down to sheer natural ability.

I don't think I could face another six Monday nights stuck in a dance studio with lots of teenage cheerleaders going through their routines.

It was a noble sacrifice. A tough job, but someone had to do it.
