Cammy, who won the last of his ten caps against France in 2004, effectively fills a void that has been open since the departure of Gary Callander midway through last season. Cammy also played professionally with Edinburgh, Worcester and Leeds. Cammy began his senior career in Scotland with Watsonians after arriving from New Zealand.
Today's Evening News reports that Cammy will be in charge for Saturday's visit to Aberdeen GSFP for which 'Sonians are expected to have four foreign recruits who are Scottish qualified arriving this week.
