Sam Pinder is back in Glasgow's squad for the trip to Newcastle
Glasgow Warriors scrum-half Sam Pinder is restored to fitness and is named in the squad for tomorrow's match away against Newcastle Falcons (ko 5.00pm).

Sam missed last week's 55-7 warm-up win against Rotherham Titans after he had suffered a dead leg but he reappears to join Graeme Beveridge in competing for the No 9 shirt.

John Barclay is included as international openside flanker Donnie Macfadyen continues his rehab from knee surgery.

Glasgow Warriors' head coach Hugh Campbell said: "Donnie is very much on the mend and could well be available for selection for next Friday’s Celtic League opener against the Dragons at Hughenden.

"As far as tomorrow's match goes, Newcastle are a top Guinness Premiership side and have just returned from a tour of Japan. This will be an excellent test for us prior to the start of the Celtic League."
