Glasgow open their European campaign with a trip to Vicarage Road to take on Saracens
Glasgow's fixtures in this season's European Challenge Cup have been announced.

The Warriors will begin their European Challenge Cup campaign with an away clash against Saracens in round one of the competition.

Warriors head coach Sean Lineen said: "Saracens are a real quality opposition. We've played them before and when we played the away fixture previously, I think we gave them too much respect but learned very quickly that we could compete well against them and nearly turned the scoreline around the following week when we played them in Glasgow. Having them first-up will really focus the players' attention and we're all looking forward to it."

Although the exact dates and kick off times have yet to be confirmed, the order in which the games take place has been released and the Warriors will visit Vicarage Road on the weekend of 20/21/22 October.

I am guessing that both Narbonne and Parma will be pretty nippy at that time of year.

now we have the dates vaguely ? where do we get the tickets, been in contact with helen davies at saracen, she says normal allocation is around 500 tickets to away fans ( i know we wish ) and would be issued to glasgow rugby if requested. it would be nice to be grouped with other glasgow fans but how do i go about getting tickets not just for the sarries game but for narbonne

in previous years the easiest way to get tickets was to go onto the websites of the French clubs and buy them yourself.

Easiest way to get to most French cities is fly to Paris CDG and take the TGV either from CDG or from one of the Paris stations.

I wouldn't have thought there would be any problems buying tickets at the gate, we certainly had no problems when we went there.

As for getting there you might want to check out what HEC games are on as Narbonne is pretty easy to get to from perpignan or toulouse you might want to think about flying (indirect)to one of them.
