Glasgow team to face Moseley

Andy Newman and Thom Evans make their first appearance for Glasgow on Friday
Warriors head coach Sean Lineen has named his team to take on Moseley in Friday's training game at Whitecraigs (kick off 4.00pm).

The game will take the form of three 25 minute periods as the Glasgow squad embark on their first of their three warm up games.

Sean added: "The boys have been working exceptionally hard in pre-season training and we've mainly been focussing on pure rugby as opposed to fitness and weights. We had a training camp in Largs which was great for team spirit and everyone played their part both on the training pitch and during the leisure time."

The team to face Moseley is as follows: Colin Shaw; Hefin O'Hare, Graeme Morrison, Scott Barrow, Thom Evans; Dan Parks, Graeme Beveridge; Justin Va'a, Eric Milligan, Euan Murray, Andy Newman, Dan Turner, Steve Swindall, John Barclay, Jon Petrie.

Rolling subs will be selected from the remainder of the squad.

I shall be going along as it has been a while since I have watched a Warriors game and felt (fairly) confident of a result!
It'll be interesting to see how the Murray-Va'a combo works, shame the T-Bone is away.
